First, finely dice the onion (1) and the garlic clove (1), while cutting the red bell pepper (1) and yellow bell pepper (1) into bite-sized pieces. Meow, watch your paws while cutting!

Heat the olive oil (10 g) in a pot and sear the beef goulash (200 g) vigorously on all sides.

Add the diced onion (1) and the garlic (1) and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the tomato paste (20 g) and the paprika powder (5 g) briefly until it smells delicious.

Deglaze everything with the beef stock (200 ml) and add the cut bell pepper pieces (1) and (1) to the pot.

Let everything simmer gently over low heat for about 60 minutes until the meat is wonderfully tender.
