Making Herb Butter - Simple, Quick & Aromatic

Making your own herb butter is an absolute highlight for every gourmet and so wonderfully simple. As a little cat with a great passion for fresh flavors, I love the scent of garden herbs unfolding their full splendor in a creamy butter. Whether for grilling, with a piece of crusty baguette, or as a fine melt on a hot steak – this homemade herb butter is a true all-rounder. Forget store-bought products, because with just a few high-quality ingredients, you can conjure up a side dish in no time that will delight your guests. My version is especially aromatic and very easy to prepare. Grab the whisk and let's get creative in the kitchen together – it's huge fun whipping the butter and refining it with your favorite herbs. A little tip from me: if you shape it nicely, it also looks fantastic on the table. This quick herb butter will definitely become your new favorite for every meal!
Ingredients
Preparation
First, we wash the parsley and chives thoroughly, pat them dry, and chop the herbs as finely as possible so that the aroma is perfectly distributed later.
Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely or press it directly, so that it blends wonderfully with the soft butter later.
Now, we place the room-temperature butter into a small bowl and whisk it with a fork or a whisk until it has reached a nice creamy consistency – my paws are almost too small for this, but it works wonderfully!
Now, fold the chopped herbs and the fine garlic into the butter.
Finally, season our homemade herb butter with the sea salt and a pinch of black pepper, stir everything vigorously one more time, and our aromatic delight is ready to serve.
