Spicy One-Pan Pasta with Minced Meat and Mushrooms - Simple & Quick

recipe.header.titleBig

Looking for an uncomplicated dinner dish that is not only filling but also delicious? This spicy one-pan pasta with ground beef, mushrooms, and parmesan is my absolute favorite recipe when I'm short on time and don't want to wash a mountain of dishes! As a little kitchen cat, I love it when all ingredients cook together in one pan, as it blends the flavors wonderfully. We only use fresh ground beef, crisp mushrooms, and a bold parmesan, without any extras or pre-packaged products. Preparation is a breeze: sear everything briefly, deglaze with broth, and cook directly in the pan – this way, the pasta absorbs the savory sauce immediately. Perfect for those who have little time but don't want to compromise on taste. Grab a pan and try it out, it's truly a cat's leap to perfection!

Ingredients

Ground beef
150  g
Mushrooms
100  g
Onion
1
Garlic
1
Pasta (e.g. Penne)
100  g
Tomato paste
20  g
Vegetable broth
300  ml
Parmesan
30  g
Olive oil
10  ml
Salt and pepper
1  pinch

Preparation

1

First, slice the mushrooms thinly and dice the onion and garlic. Meow, ensure everything is cut evenly!

2

Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and sear the ground beef until crumbly and nicely browned.

3

Now add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic, and sauté briefly until fragrant.

4

Stir in the tomato paste and let it roast for a moment – this adds a great color. Season with salt and pepper.

5

Place the dry pasta directly into the pan. Pour over the vegetable broth so that the noodles are almost covered.

6

Let the mixture simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has thickened.

7

Finally, stir in the freshly grated parmesan. Purrr, now it's creamy and ready to enjoy!
