Ingredients
Preparation
First, I take the room-temperature butter and put it in a small bowl. It's important that the butter is really soft so that it can be whipped wonderfully creamy – a little trick I always follow in my kitchen!
Now I peel the garlic clove and press it directly into the butter using a garlic press to capture the full aroma.
Next, I wash and dry the chives and the parsley thoroughly. Then I chop the herbs finely and fold them into the butter mass.
Finally, I season the whole thing with a pinch of sea salt and some black pepper.
Mix everything well with a fork until a beautiful, homogeneous mass is formed. Now you can serve the butter directly or shape it into a roll using plastic wrap and let it harden in the fridge. Simply delicious!
