Stir-fried Noodles with Chicken Teriyaki - Quick, Healthy & Homemade

recipe.header.titleBig

Stir-fried noodles with chicken teriyaki are my ultimate soul food when I need something hearty and Asian-inspired after a long day in the kitchen. This dish combines juicy chicken breast with a perfectly balanced, homemade teriyaki sauce and crunchy vegetables. Instead of relying on store-bought products, we'll whip up the sauce using fresh ginger, garlic, and soy sauce right in the pan. The combination of savory Asian flavors and delicate sweetness makes this stir-fry a real highlight. It's incredibly easy to make, healthy, and prepared in no time. Grab your pans, my friends – things are about to get hot, spicy, and incredibly delicious! You'll see how easy it is to bring the flavors of the Far East into your own kitchen.

Ingredients

Mie noodles
100  g
Chicken breast fillet
150  g
Broccoli
100  g
Carrot
1
Soy sauce
40  ml
Honey
20  g
Ginger
10  g
Garlic clove
1
Oil
15  ml

Preparation

1

First, prepare the sauce: Finely grate the ginger and press the garlic clove directly into a small bowl. Mix this with the soy sauce and honey to create a smooth teriyaki sauce.

2

Now cook the Mie noodles according to the package instructions, drain them, and rinse briefly with cold water so they stay firm – that's the secret to good Asian stir-fries!

3

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, separate the broccoli into small florets, and cut the carrot into fine strips.

4

Heat the oil in a hot pan or wok and sear the chicken until it turns golden brown.

5

Add the vegetables (broccoli and carrot) to the pan with the meat and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.

6

Now add the noodles to the pan. Pour your homemade teriyaki sauce over everything and toss briefly over high heat so the noodles absorb the sauce beautifully. Miau, that smells fantastic!
