Ingredients
Preparation
First, we cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, while we take care of the rest.
While the noodles are bathing, we pat the salmon fillet dry, cut it into bite-sized cubes, and season it gently with salt and black pepper.
Now we heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the salmon cubes over medium heat until they are golden brown all around and tender.
Next, deglaze the fish with the cream and add the juice and a bit of zest from the lemon. Small kitten tip: Make sure you only grate the yellow part of the peel; it is more aromatic!
Let the sauce simmer for a moment until it becomes nice and creamy, and then fold in the cooked pasta directly.
Finally, garnish our Lemon Salmon Pasta with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve the dish immediately. Bon appétit!
