Looking for a dish that will transport you straight to culinary seventh heaven with a delicious lemon salmon pasta? As a little cat with a big love for fresh fish, I especially love this pasta dish because it not only tastes wonderfully light and elegant, but is also on the table in a flash. The combination of tender salmon, tangy lemon, and a subtly creamy sauce is a true explosion of flavor that is perfect for a quick dinner after work or a relaxed date with yourself. Forget pre-made products – with me, you'll learn how to easily whip up this pasta yourself using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Grab your pan, sharpen your claws, and let's create this fresh lemon-noodle happiness together. It's so simple that even a kitten like me can make it with ease – and the best part: the result tastes so authentic, you'll feel like you're in a small coastal bistro. Let yourself be enchanted and enjoy every bite!

Ingredients

Pasta (e.g. Spaghetti)
100  g
Salmon fillet
125  g
Lemon (juice & zest)
0.5
Heavy cream
50  ml
Garlic clove
1
Olive oil
10  ml
Salt & black pepper
1  pinch
Fresh parsley
5  g

Preparation

1

First, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.

2

While the pasta is cooking, pat the salmon fillet dry, cut it into bite-sized cubes, and season with salt & black pepper.

3

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the salmon cubes on all sides for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Then, briefly remove the fish from the pan.

4

In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped garlic clove until fragrant.

5

Deglaze with the heavy cream, add the lemon juice & zest, and let the sauce simmer briefly until it reaches a nice consistency.

6

Now add the salmon and the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and toss everything carefully.

7

Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped fresh parsley over the dish – meow, simply heavenly!
