Creamy Solero Dessert in a Glass - Quick, easy & without processed products

A Solero dessert in a glass is the perfect refreshment for anyone who loves the popular vanilla ice cream with a fruity core. As a hobby cook with a penchant for fine desserts, I have adapted this Solero dessert for one person so that it requires no processed products at all. The combination of creamy yogurt, real vanilla, and a sunny fruit layer of fresh passion fruit juice tastes like a little summer break. It's quick to make, wonderfully light, and tastes much better than any industrially produced product thanks to the use of fresh ingredients. Whether as the crowning finale after a good meal or simply for a moment of enjoyment in between: this dessert enchants every palate. Grab your bowls and let's create some magic in the kitchen together – it's really child's play and guaranteed to succeed for anyone who wants a little sweet magic in their everyday life. Meow, enjoy!
Ingredients
Preparation
First, whip the cream until stiff. In a small bowl, stir the Greek yogurt until smooth with the vanilla sugar, then carefully fold in the whipped cream. This creates a wonderfully fluffy cream, meow!
For the fruity core, take the passion fruit juice and pour it into a small pot. Stir the cornstarch into a tablespoon of cold water until lump-free.
Bring the juice to a boil and quickly stir in the dissolved starch until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove the pot from the heat and let the fruit puree cool down briefly.
Now it's time to layer: First, fill the yogurt cream into a nice dessert glass and carefully distribute the cooled passion fruit sauce on top. It tastes best if allowed to set in the fridge for a short time.
