Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into small cubes, and mix them on a baking sheet with part of the olive oil, some paprika powder, as well as salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Meow, that already smells wonderful!
While the potatoes are baking, cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized strips and sear them in the remaining olive oil in a pan until cooked through.
