A creamy Chicken Jalfrezi Royale is just what you need if you're craving a fiery Indian taste experience without any convenience products. As a little kitchen cat, I love the combination of tender poultry, crisp vegetables, and a spicy tomato-coconut sauce that melts gently on the tongue. This dish is surprisingly easy to prepare and brings the aromas of India right into your kitchen. The best part? You can adjust the spiciness exactly to your liking. It's quick to make and perfect as a healthy, protein-rich meal after a long day. Grab your wooden spoon and let yourself be enchanted by the exotic scent – you are guaranteed to take this aromatic curry into your heart. Meow and let's go!

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet
200  g
Onion
1
Garlic clove
1
Red bell pepper
1
Ginger
10  g
Chili pepper
1
Chopped tomatoes
200  g
Coconut milk
100  ml
Garam Masala
5  g
Olive oil
20  ml

Preparation

1

First, cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic and ginger, and cut the bell pepper into strips.

2

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken until it turns a nice golden brown. Remove it from the pan.

3

Now add the onion, garlic, ginger, and the finely chopped chili to the pan and sauté until translucent. Add the bell pepper and sauté briefly.

4

Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and add the Garam Masala. Let the sauce simmer briefly.

5

Stir in the coconut milk and add the seared chicken back into the pan. Let everything simmer gently over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the meat is cooked and the sauce is wonderfully creamy. Enjoy!
