Vegan Banana Bread without Sugar - Moist & Healthy

recipe.header.titleBig

This delicious vegan banana bread without sugar is the perfect healthy snack or a nutritious breakfast, made entirely without added refined sugar. As a little chef cat, I love it when the kitchen smells so wonderfully sweet and nutty as the bread bakes in the oven! The natural sweetness of ripe bananas makes this recipe especially aromatic and moist. It is incredibly easy to make and requires no complicated pre-packaged products – all you need are fresh, wholesome ingredients you probably already have at home. Whether you are vegan or just looking for a healthier alternative to classic cake, this banana bread will delight you. It is quickly mixed together and impresses with a wonderful consistency that makes every bite a treat. Grab a bowl and let's whip something up in the kitchen together (with my paws, of course—metaphorically speaking!). Quick recipes that do you good are exactly what we need.

Ingredients

ripe bananas
2
spelt flour
150  g
baking powder
1  tsp
vegetable oil
30  ml
cinnamon
1  tsp
walnuts
40  g

Preparation

1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and mash the ripe bananas (2) with a fork in a bowl until a smooth paste forms.

2

Mix the spelt flour (150 g) thoroughly with the baking powder (1 tsp) and the aromatic cinnamon (1 tsp).

3

Stir the vegetable oil (30 ml) into the banana mash and briefly fold in the dry flour mixture until a smooth batter is formed.

4

Roughly chop the walnuts (40 g) and carefully fold them into the batter to add a great crunch while baking.

5

Pour the batter into a small, greased baking tin and bake the bread for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

6

Let the finished banana bread cool down slightly before slicing so it can perfectly set its structure – meow, a true delight!
