recipe.header.titleBig

Are you looking for the perfect vegan cinnamon rolls like from the bakery, that you can make without any pre-made products? As a hobby cook with a weakness for sweet pastries, I've spent a long time perfecting the ideal texture. These vegan cinnamon rolls are wonderfully fluffy, deliciously cinnamony, and smell just like a small bakery in Paris when baking. The preparation is child's play and works perfectly for beginners. We use only fresh ingredients like high-quality flour and aromatic spices to bring this classic to life in your own kitchen. Whether for a sweet breakfast or a cozy afternoon coffee – this pastry is a real highlight. I love it when the whole house smells of cinnamon and warm yeast dough while I wait impatiently by the oven. Grab your apron and let's bake this dreamlike, plant-based pastry that is guaranteed to amaze everyone!

Ingredients

Wheat flour
250  g
Plant-based drink
125  ml
Raw cane sugar
60  g
Dry yeast
1  pkg
Vegan margarine
40  g
Cinnamon
2  tsp

Preparation

1

First, slightly warm the plant-based drink (125 ml) and dissolve the dry yeast (1 pkg) in it so that the little yeast fungi feel comfortable.

2

Knead the wheat flour (250 g) with part of the raw cane sugar (60 g) and a small dollop of the vegan margarine (40 g) in a bowl until you have a smooth dough.

3

Let the dough rest briefly, then roll it out and spread it with the remaining vegan margarine (40 g).

4

Distribute the remaining raw cane sugar (60 g) and the cinnamon (2 tsp) evenly over the dough before carefully rolling it up.

5

Cut the roll into even pieces and bake on a baking sheet at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown, until the scent of the cinnamon rolls (2 tsp) wafts through the whole apartment.
