Rinse the chickpeas (200 g) thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel so they get nice and crispy in the pan later.
Heat olive oil (1 tbsp) in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the chickpeas (200 g) together with the paprika powder (1 tsp) until golden brown on all sides. Meow, that smells wonderful!
While the chickpeas (200 g) are roasting, wash the bell pepper (1) and cut it into fine strips.
Warm the tortilla (1) briefly in a separate pan or in the oven so it becomes nice and pliable.
Generously spread the tortilla (1) with hummus (50 g).
Distribute the washed baby spinach (30 g) and the bell pepper (1) on the tortilla.
Finally, add the crispy chickpeas (200 g) on top and roll the wrap tightly – your quick and healthy feast is ready!
