Vegan margarine

Plant-based drink

Baking powder

Preparation

First, peel the apples (2), remove the core and cut into fine, small cubes – meow, that gives a great texture!

For the dough, mix the flour (150 g), part of the sugar (80 g), baking powder (1 tsp) and the plant-based drink (50 ml) in a bowl until smooth.

Fold the apple cubes (2) into the dough and pour into a small, greased baking tin.

For the crumble, rub the remaining flour (150 g), the rest of the sugar (80 g), the cold vegan margarine (70 g) and the cinnamon (1 tsp) with your fingers to form crumbly streusel.

Distribute the crumble evenly over the dough in the tin and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until golden brown and everything smells wonderful.
