recipe.header.titleBig

Looking for a quick, healthy, and incredibly aromatic dinner? My vegetarian Bami Goreng with fried egg is the perfect answer! As a little cat with a great love for Asian cuisine, I adore this dish because it impresses with fresh vegetables and spicy flavors, completely without processed products. Bami Goreng, the classic fried noodle dish, is easy to customize. In my version, we use crunchy carrots, fresh leeks, and fine soy sauce to unfold the full umami flavor. The juicy fried egg on top adds a wonderful creaminess that elevates every noodle dish. This dish is super easy to prepare and brings Asian flair right into your kitchen. Whether as a quick lunch or a satisfying dinner, with this recipe, you bring street food pleasure home. Grab your wok or a deep pan and let's get started – it's truly easier than you might think and tastes guaranteed better than takeout!

Ingredients

Mie noodles
125  g
Carrot
1
Leek
1
Egg
1
Soy sauce
30  ml
Sesame oil
15  ml

Preparation

1

Cook the Mie noodles (125 g) in boiling water according to the package instructions, drain, and let dry well.

2

Meanwhile, cut the carrot (1) into fine strips and the leek (1) into thin rings – purr, that gives it a nice crunch!

3

Heat the sesame oil (15 ml) in a hot pan or wok and stir-fry the vegetables over high heat until crisp.

4

Add the drained noodles (125 g) to the pan and deglaze with soy sauce (30 ml), tossing everything well until the noodles have taken on a beautiful color.

5

In a separate small pan, fry an egg (1) until golden brown.

6

Serve the Bami Goreng on a plate and crown it with the fried egg (1) – enjoy!
