Blanch the savoy cabbage leaves (4) in boiling water for a few minutes until soft, then carefully rinse in cold water.
Cook the rice (60 g) according to the package instructions until done.
Finely dice the onion (1) and finely grate the carrot (1), then sauté briefly in the pan until translucent.
Mix the sautéed vegetables with the cooked rice and season strongly – that's the heart of my filling, meow!
Distribute the filling onto the cabbage leaves (4), roll them up tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
Sear the rolls in a pan, then deglaze with vegetable broth (250 ml) and tomato paste (1 tbsp).
