Wash the zucchini (1) thoroughly and halve it lengthwise, before carefully scraping out the inside with a spoon to make room for the filling.
Finely dice the tomato (1) and crush the feta cheese (100 g) with a fork in a small bowl.
Press the garlic clove (1) directly into the cheese and mix everything together with the dried Herbs de Provence (1 tsp).
Drizzle the zucchini (1) with olive oil (1 tbsp) and fill the cheese mixture evenly inside.
Bake the whole thing at 200 degrees (Celsius) in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned – meow, a delicious scent will fill your kitchen!
