Spread the cream cheese (50 g) evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small strip free at the edge.
Cut the bell pepper (1) into fine strips and slice the cucumber (0.5) into thin matchsticks.
Wash the arugula (30 g), shake dry, and spread it on top of the cream cheese along with the vegetables.
Season with a pinch of salt (1 pinch) and some pepper (1 pinch) to perfectly highlight the flavors.
