Vegetarian Baked Feta - Quick & Savory

My vegetarian baked feta is the ultimate comfort food for anyone who loves things simple, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. As a hobby cook with a refined nose, I love when the oven gently melts the spicy cheese and the aromas of fresh herbs and vegetables combine perfectly. This dish is healthy, quick to prepare, and brings a touch of Mediterranean flair directly into your kitchen. Whether as a light snack or a main course with a slice of crusty bread – it is incredibly easy to prepare and shines with its high-quality, natural ingredients. Grab a casserole dish, some good olive oil, and let's enjoy it together. You'll see how little effort it takes to conjure up such a fantastic result on the table that will surely make your heart beat faster!
Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) while washing and halving the cherry tomatoes (150 g).
Wash the bell pepper (1), remove the seeds, and cut into fine, bite-sized strips.
Carefully peel the garlic clove (1) and mince it finely so the aroma is evenly distributed – this is my little pro tip for more depth!
Place the feta cheese (200 g) in the center of a small baking dish and arrange the vegetables decoratively around it.
Drizzle everything generously with the olive oil (2 tbsp) and sprinkle the chopped garlic (1) and fresh oregano (1 tsp) over it.
Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and the vegetables have braised beautifully.
