Thoroughly wash, peel, and cut the carrot (2) into even, handy sticks.
Wash, halve, and remove the seeds from the cucumber (0.5), then cut it into long sticks as well.
Remove the stem from the bell pepper (1), wash it, and cut it into appetizing strips.
For the dip, put the sour cream (150 g) into a small bowl.
Finely chop the chives (10 g) and stir them into the sour cream.
Season with the lemon juice (1 tsp) and a pinch of salt (1 pinch) and mix everything until creamy, meow!
