Wash the fresh strawberries (150 g), remove the green stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Carefully crumble the tangy feta (100 g) with your hands into large chunks.
For the dressing, whisk the olive oil (15 ml), balsamic vinegar (10 ml), and honey (5 g) vigorously in a small cup with a fork until a creamy emulsion forms – meow, that looks great!
Arrange the strawberries (150 g) and feta (100 g) on top of the arugula (50 g).
Coarsely chop the walnut kernels (20 g) and add them to the salad along with the dressing.
