chickpeas

red onion

olive oil
20  ml
lemon juice

cumin

Preparation

Rinse the chickpeas (250 g) thoroughly and place them in a large bowl so they are nice and loose.

Finely dice the red onion (0.5) and add to the chickpeas – little paws work particularly precisely here!

Finely chop the fresh parsley (10 g) and mix into the chickpeas.

In a small glass, whisk together the olive oil (20 ml), lemon juice (15 ml), cumin (3 g), and salt (2 g) to make a smooth dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything carefully to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
