Preparation

Wash the broccoli (1) thoroughly and cut into very fine, small florets so the salad remains particularly tender.

Toast the almond slivers (30 g) in a pan without fat over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant – watch them closely as they can burn quickly!

For the dressing, stir the Greek yogurt (100 g) until smooth with the juice of a fresh lemon (1), the honey (1 tbsp), and a pinch of salt (1 pinch) in a bowl.

Mix the broccoli florets (1) into the dressing until everything is beautifully and creamily coated.
