beetroot

fresh horseradish

apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Thoroughly wash the beetroot (2) and boil until soft in water, then peel and cut into thin slices or cubes.

For the dressing, finely grate the fresh horseradish (1 tsp).

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil (1 tbsp) and the apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp) until smooth.

Now mix the salt (1 pinch) and pepper (1 pinch) into the dressing.
