Refreshing Ipanema - Classic Non-Alcoholic Cocktail with Ginger Ale

Looking for a sparkling treat for hot days? This Ipanema is my absolute favorite when it comes to non-alcoholic cocktails. As a little cat with a keen sense for aromas, I love the perfect balance between the tangy freshness of limes, the sweet touch of cane sugar, and the spicy zest of ginger ale. The Ipanema is essentially the big, non-alcoholic brother of the Caipirinha, bringing real Brazilian flair straight to your glass. The best part? You don't need complicated ingredients – everything is natural, fresh, and mixed in just a few minutes. Grab a sturdy glass, crush the limes with lots of love, and let yourself be enchanted by this wonderfully sparkling refreshment. It's so easy to make that you'll feel like a pro bartender in your own kitchen. Meow, simply delicious and always a great choice for guests or a relaxed evening on the balcony!
Ingredients
Preparation
Wash the lime (1) thoroughly with hot water and cut into small pieces so the aroma can unfold well later.
Add the lime pieces together with the cane sugar (2 tbsp) to a glass and crush them gently with a muddler until the juice comes out.
Now fill the glass generously with the crushed ice (200 g) to ensure proper cooling.
Pour the ginger ale (150 ml) over it and stir carefully once to distribute the sugar at the bottom. Meow, your tropical treat is ready!
