Refreshing Gin Tonic with Cucumber and Rosemary - Simple & Zesty

recipe.header.titleBig

A premium Gin and Tonic with cucumber and rosemary is the perfect companion for relaxing hours when you want to treat yourself to something special. As a little cat with a fine sense for aromas, I love this combination: the cool freshness of the cucumber harmonizes wonderfully with the herbal, spicy note of the rosemary and highlights the botanical facets of a good gin. This drink is not only incredibly quick to make, but also feels wonderfully healthy and invigorating. Forget the pre-mixed blends from the supermarket – true craftsmanship starts with selecting the ingredients! We use only crisp, fresh produce here to conjure the full flavor experience directly into your glass. The best part? It's so easy to prepare that even I, with my little paws, can mix a pro-drink in no time. Grab a nice glass, some ice, and enjoy this modern classic that tastes a bit like summer with every sip. Let's raise a glass together while we showcase the fresh ingredients!

Ingredients

Gin
50  ml
Tonic Water
150  ml
Cucumber
0.25
Rosemary sprig
1
Ice cubes
6

Preparation

1

First, generously place the ice cubes (6) into a nice long drink glass so the drink stays nice and cold, meow!

2

Now pour the gin (50 ml) over the ice.

3

Wash the cucumber (0.25) thoroughly and use a vegetable peeler to cut two thin, long strips that can be laid wonderfully along the rim of the glass.

4

Carefully pour the tonic water (150 ml) into the glass so the carbonation is preserved.

5

Finally, lightly clap the rosemary sprig (1) between your fingers to release the essential oils, and place it into the glass along with the cucumber strips – your little masterpiece is ready!
