Prepare the freshly brewed espresso (50 ml) and let it cool down briefly so that the ice does not melt immediately – that is my little pro tip for the perfect consistency, meow!
Add the vodka (50 ml), coffee liqueur (25 ml), sugar syrup (10 ml), and cooled espresso (50 ml) together with the ice cubes (200 g) into a shaker.
Shake everything vigorously for about 15 seconds. Only through intensive shaking does the wonderfully dense foam on the surface form, which we love so much.
Strain the drink through a bar strainer into a pre-chilled martini glass so that no ice remnants land in the glass.
Complete your masterpiece with coffee beans for decoration (3) on the creamy foam and enjoy your energy boost.
