Brown cane sugar

Cachaça
60  ml
Crushed ice
200  g

Wash the lime (1) thoroughly, cut off the ends, and cut into small cubes, making sure to remove the bitter white core in the center – that's my little pro-tip for a finer aroma.

Place the lime cubes together with the brown cane sugar (2 tbsp) in a sturdy glass and press firmly with a wooden muddler so that the juice combines with the sugar.

Now fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice (200 g).

Pour the high-quality Cachaça (60 ml) over the ice.
