First, fill the ice cubes (6) into a large, bulbous wine glass so your drink stays nice and cold.
Now pour the Limoncello (60 ml) over the ice so the lemon aroma can unfold perfectly.
Top up the glass with the Prosecco (90 ml) to get the typical spritz note.
Add the splash of sparkling water (30 ml) to make the drink even lighter and zestier.
