Refreshing Pimm’s No. 1 Cup with Cucumber and Mint - Simple & Quick

recipe.header.titleBig

A classic Pimm’s No. 1 Cup with cucumber and mint is the epitome of a sunny afternoon in the garden. As a hobby cook with a fine sense for refreshing moments, I love this British classic because it is wonderfully uncomplicated yet radiates luxurious freshness. The combination of the spicy herbal liqueur, crisp cucumber, and aromatically fragrant mint provides an incomparable taste experience. This drink is not only healthy and light due to the fresh ingredients, but it's also incredibly quick to make – perfect for a relaxed moment on the balcony or after a hearty lunch. Who says only warm dishes belong in the kitchen? A perfectly mixed drink, free from artificial additives, is also true craftsmanship. I use only fresh, crisp ingredients to bring the full variety of flavors into my glass. Grab a nice tall glass, some ice, and let's conjure up this delightfully cool summer drink together. It's child's play and tastes so much better than any ready-made mix from the supermarket shelf. Up for a sip of vacation? Then let's get to the glasses, because this Pimm’s Cup will be your new favorite for hot days!

Garnish the drink as desired with a small sprig of fresh mint (3 sprigs) for the visual appeal.
