First, fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (200 g) so that it gets nice and cold.
Pour the Rye Whiskey (60 ml) and the sweet red vermouth (30 ml) into the glass.
Now add the Angostura bitters (2 dashes) carefully – just two dashes, meow, that's enough for the full aroma!
Stir everything gently for about 30 seconds with a long spoon; do not shake it so the drink remains crystal clear.
Strain the contents through a bar strainer into a pre-chilled glass.
