Ingredients

Gin
60  ml
Lemon juice
20  ml
Sugar syrup
20  ml
Basil
15  leaves
Ice cubes
200  g

Preparation

Place the fresh basil (15 leaves) in a cocktail shaker with the sugar syrup (20 ml) and press firmly with a muddler so that the wonderful aroma fully develops.

Add the gin (60 ml) and the freshly squeezed lemon juice (20 ml) to the shaker.

Now fill the shaker generously with ice cubes (200 g).

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds so that the drink becomes ice-cold and takes on its green color.

Strain the contents through a fine bar sieve into a glass over fresh ice and enjoy immediately, meow!
