Refreshing Paloma with Grapefruit and Tequila - Simple & Quick

The Paloma with grapefruit and tequila is arguably the most underrated star among long drinks, bringing a touch of Mexican flair straight to your home. As a home cook with a penchant for zesty, handmade drinks, I love this combination of tart grapefruit, fiery tequila, and a hint of lime. Instead of using sugary pre-made sodas, we're making our own refreshment today. The secret is in the freshness: freshly squeezed juice provides a natural flavor that puts any commercial soft drink to shame. This drink is not only incredibly quick to make, but also the perfect, healthy-light choice for hot days or a cozy evening on the balcony. Grab your glass, follow my simple steps, and enjoy this Mexican classic that will make your taste buds dance – completely free of artificial additives, but with a generous portion of love from your favorite cooking cat. Who knew mixing could be so easy? Give it a try and be delighted by the summer freshness!
Ingredients
Preparation
First, pour the Tequila Blanco (60 ml), the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (120 ml), and the fresh lime juice (15 ml) into a nice long drink glass.
Add the agave syrup (10 ml) and stir carefully with a spoon until the syrup has completely dissolved. A little tip from me: Stir slowly so the flavor is perfectly preserved!
Now fill the glass generously with ice cubes (5).
Finally, top everything off with the sparkling water (100 ml) to wonderfully round off the tart aroma.
To garnish, place the grapefruit slice (1) on the rim of the glass and enjoy the drink immediately.
