Ingredients
Preparation
Wash the apples (2) thoroughly and cut them into small pieces so they can release their aroma optimally.
Place the water (300 ml) along with the apple pieces in a small pot.
Add the cinnamon stick (1) and the cloves (3); make sure they are completely submerged in the liquid.
Let everything simmer gently over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the apples are nice and soft.
Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the maple syrup (1 tbsp), and pour the cider through a sieve into a cup – enjoy the warming moment.
