

Refreshing Cranberry Mimosa - Sparkling cocktail for Sunday brunch

A cranberry mimosa is the absolute favorite on any relaxed Sunday morning. As a little cat roaming through the kitchen, I love it when things are especially festive and bubbly. This elegant drink combines the subtle acidity of fruity cranberry juice with the effervescent freshness of sparkling wine. It is a wonderfully simple and quick drink that turns any brunch into a special experience. Whether for a cozy morning or a festive occasion, this mimosa impresses with its bright red color and sparkling taste. I decided to use absolutely fresh, unsweetened direct juice so that the aroma comes into its own. Mixing is child's play, so you will have a wonderfully refreshing glass in your hands in just a few moments. Preparation
Prepare an elegant champagne flute and fill in the well-chilled cranberry juice (100 ml).
Carefully pour in the sparkling wine (100 ml) so the carbonation remains preserved – a little nudge with your paw against the edge of the glass helps if you are too enthusiastic!
Afterwards, garnish the glass with the fresh cranberries (3) that float gently on the surface.
Finally, add a small leaf of mint (1) for the look and fresh scent, then enjoy immediately.
