Preparation

First, wash the strawberries (6), remove the greens, and cut into coarse pieces.

Cut the lime (0.5) into small wedges and place them in a sturdy glass along with the strawberries (6) and the fresh mint leaves (8).

Gently crush the fruit and mint leaves (8) with a muddler so that the essential oils and juice can combine wonderfully – meow, it already smells delicious!

Add the agave syrup (1 tbsp) to give the drink a fine sweetness.
