White chocolate
30  g
Milk
150  ml

Preparation

First, finely chop the white chocolate (30 g) and melt it carefully in a small heatproof bowl over a water bath until smooth. Watch out so it doesn't burn!

Add the freshly brewed espresso (60 ml) directly to the melted chocolate and stir thoroughly until a beautiful, homogeneous chocolate-mocha mixture has formed.
