Refreshing Watermelon-Cucumber Infused Water - Healthy & Simple

recipe.header.titleBig

A watermelon-cucumber infused water is the ultimate thirst quencher for hot summer days. As a little cat, I know exactly how important it is to stay hydrated in high temperatures – and water tastes best when refined with natural flavors straight from nature. This combination of sweet watermelon and crisp cucumber is not only wonderfully refreshing but also a real eye-catcher in every glass. You don't need any pre-made syrups or artificial additives, as the pure taste comes entirely from fresh ingredients. Preparation is child's play and done in moments, so you can treat yourself to a healthy refreshment in no time. Whether in the home office, after a playful session in the garden, or simply relaxing on the windowsill: this infused water is my absolute favorite when I want to cool down from the inside out. Grab a nice glass and enjoy this vitamin-rich drink, which is sugar-free and gently revitalizes the body.

Ingredients

Watermelon
200  g
Cucumber
0.5
Mint
3  sprigs
Still water
500  ml

Preparation

1

First, remove the rind from the watermelon (200 g) and cut it into small, fine cubes so it can perfectly release its sweetness into the water.

2

Wash the cucumber (0.5) thoroughly and use a vegetable peeler to slice it into paper-thin slices; it looks especially pretty in the glass, meow!

3

Now, rinse the mint (3 sprigs) briefly under cold water, pat it dry gently, and clap the leaves a bit to release the essential aromas.

4

Add the prepared ingredients to a large glass or carafe and fill everything up with the cool still water (500 ml).

5

Let the mixture steep for at least 30 minutes in a cool place so that the wonderful freshness of the melon and cucumber can infuse properly – pure enjoyment!
