Ingredients

Whole milk
250  ml
Unsweetened cocoa powder
20  g
Raw cane sugar
15  g
Mini marshmallows
20  g

Preparation

Mix the cocoa powder (20 g) and the raw cane sugar (15 g) in a small saucepan with a splash of the whole milk (250 ml) until a smooth paste without lumps is formed.

Now pour in the remaining whole milk (250 ml) while stirring constantly and heat everything over medium heat until the cocoa is steaming hot – but be careful not to let it boil, otherwise the milk will burn, meow!

Carefully pour the hot cocoa into your favorite mug.

For the crowning glory, place the mini marshmallows (20 g) on top of the cocoa and watch them melt comfortably in the warmth.
