agave syrup

sea salt

chili powder

Preparation

First, loosen the fruit flesh of the ripe mango (0.5) and puree finely in a blender, meow, it already smells wonderful!

Mix the sea salt (5 g) on a flat plate with the chili powder (2 g). Dampen the rim of the glass with a lime slice and press it into the salt-chili mixture.

Now add the mango puree, freshly squeezed lime juice (30 ml), and agave syrup (10 ml) together with the ice cubes (100 g) into a shaker.
