Refreshing Blueberry Mint Lemonade on Crushed Ice - Quick & Natural

A homemade blueberry mint lemonade over crushed ice is perfect for hot days or as an invigorating thirst-quencher. As a cat with a refined sense for flavors, I especially love this combination of juicy blueberries, zesty lemon, and cool mint. This blueberry mint lemonade contains no artificial additives and impresses with its natural sweetness and vibrant purple color. Preparation is a breeze and takes only a few minutes: simply purée the berries, mix with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and serve over a generous portion of crushed ice. Since I value fresh ingredients, we use berries picked straight from the bush and real lemons instead of pre-made syrup mixtures. Grab a tall glass, prepare the ice, and enjoy the most intense fruit flavor imaginable. It’s a true highlight for anyone who likes things healthy, fruity, and incredibly refreshing. Try it out and let yourself be enchanted by this summery creation – meow, simply irresistible!
Ingredients
Preparation
First, wash the blueberries (100 g) thoroughly and purée them finely with the maple syrup (1 tbsp) in a tall container – purr, what a great color!
Cut the lemon (1) in half and squeeze the juice.
Wrap the ice cubes (150 g) in a clean cloth and gently crush into fine crushed ice using a rolling pin.
Pour the blueberry purée into a large glass and stir in the lemon juice (1).
Now fill the glass to the brim with the prepared crushed ice (150 g).
Top up with the sparkling mineral water (200 ml) and stir everything gently with a spoon.
Finally, slap the fresh mint (5 leaves) between your palms to release the essential oils and decorate the lemonade with it.
