Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte - Simple & creamy like in a coffee shop

recipe.header.titleBig

A homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte is the epitome of cozy autumn days and warms the soul with every sip. As a home cook with a penchant for fine flavors, I know exactly that the best version of this coffee classic is always made fresh and without artificial syrups. The key lies in a homemade pumpkin puree from fresh Hokkaido and an aromatic spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. When the scent of the spices mingles with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the kitchen transforms into a small, fragrant café. This Pumpkin Spice Latte is not only incredibly delicious but also quick to make and a healthy alternative to the sugary chain store versions. It's child's play to bring this warming delight right into your home. Grab your favorite mug, because this drink is perfect for a relaxed moment – meow, you're going to love it!

Hokkaido pumpkin
100  g
Milk
200  ml
Strong coffee
50  ml
Maple syrup
1  tbsp
Pumpkin Spice blend
1  tsp

1

First, cut the Hokkaido pumpkin (100 g) into small cubes, steam until soft, and then puree until smooth.

2

In a small pot, gently heat the milk (200 ml) together with the pumpkin puree (100 g), maple syrup (1 tbsp), and the Pumpkin Spice blend (1 tsp), whisking well.
