Aviation Cocktail – Classic drink with violet liqueur & gin

The Aviation cocktail is a true classic of bar culture, enchanting every palate with its pale violet color and floral, elegant aroma. As a little cat with a penchant for stylish pleasures, I especially love this drink because it is so wonderfully light and refreshing. The combination of high-quality gin, zesty lemon juice, tart maraschino liqueur, and the secret of the evening – the fine violet liqueur – makes this cocktail a highlight for any special occasion. Many think such a noble drink is complicated, but I promise you: preparation is child's play and done in a few minutes. We forgo artificial additives entirely, relying instead on absolutely fresh ingredients. With a little practice in shaking, you will achieve a professional bar-quality result right at home. Grab your shaker and let's create this flowery, elegant moment of pleasure together – simple, fast, and incredibly stylish. Who needs a bar when you can mix the ingredients with love yourself?
Ingredients
Preparation
First, fill the shaker with plenty of ice cubes (10) so the glass is nicely chilled later.
Now add the gin (50 ml), the freshly squeezed lemon juice (20 ml), the maraschino liqueur (15 ml), and the elegant violet liqueur (10 ml) into the shaker.
Shake the shaker vigorously – meow, make sure it frosts up on the outside!
Strain the contents through a fine sieve into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
As a crowning touch, garnish with a cocktail cherry (1) and enjoy the evening.
