London Fog Latte - Creamy, aromatic & easy to make

recipe.header.titleBig

The London Fog Latte is a wonderfully warming drink that makes me, as a little 'cooking cat', especially happy on rainy afternoons. Originally from Canada, this delicious Earl Grey latte combines the floral aroma of bergamot with a soft touch of vanilla and perfectly frothed creamy milk. Preparation is so simple that you can bring this café experience directly into your own kitchen in just a few minutes. We use only fresh milk and real vanilla for this healthy treat to ensure an authentic taste. Whether as a relaxed start to the day or a cozy break in the evening – this drink is a true classic that everyone should try at least once. Grab your favorite mug, and let's make an aromatic London Fog Latte together that smells so wonderful that even my fine cat nose is delighted. Give it a try, it's really child's play!

Ingredients

Earl Grey tea bag
1
hot water
150  ml
milk
150  ml
vanilla syrup
10  ml

Preparation

1

Pour the hot water (150 ml) into a cup and let the Earl Grey tea bag (1) steep for about 4 minutes to allow the full bergamot aroma to unfold.

2

While the tea is steeping, gently warm the milk (150 ml) in a small pot until it steams, but do not let it boil.

3

Whisk the warm milk (150 ml) with a milk frother until nice and creamy – this makes the treat perfect!

4

Remove the tea bag (1) from the cup and stir the vanilla syrup (10 ml) into the tea.

5

Finally, carefully pour the frothed milk (150 ml) over the tea and enjoy your wonderful London Fog Latte immediately.
