First, wash the lime (2) thoroughly; slice one into thin rounds and juice the other.
Place the fresh mint leaves (10) in a glass and press gently with a spoon to release the delicate aroma – a little paw trick for extra flavor!
Now add the honey (20 g) along with the freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass and stir well until the honey has dissolved.
Fill the glass with cold water (300 ml) and stir briefly.
Finally, add the lime slices and the ice cubes (5) and enjoy your homemade drink.
