Non-Alcoholic Blueberry Sage Spritz - Refreshing & Quick to Make

A homemade non-alcoholic blueberry sage spritz is the perfect refreshment for hot days or as an elegant alcohol-free aperitif. As a little hobby chef with paws, I love this combination of fruity sweetness and the spicy, slightly earthy aroma of fresh sage. This mocktail is not only wonderfully colorful, but also mixed in just a few minutes, without any artificial pre-made products. We make an intense blueberry sage syrup from fresh fruit, which gives the drink incomparable depth. The combination of ingredients provides a healthy and sparkling taste experience that impresses every guest. Grab a glass and try this bubbly drink – it's child's play and makes for the perfect evening!
Ingredients
Preparation
For the syrup, place the blueberries (100 g), sage leaves (4), sugar (50 g), and water (50 ml) in a small pot.
Briefly bring everything to a boil and let it simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes until the berries have broken down – feel free to purr with anticipation!
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the solids and let the syrup cool down completely.
Fill a glass with the ice cubes (5) and pour in the cooled blueberry sage syrup.
Carefully top off the drink with the cold sparkling water (200 ml) and stir briefly so the flavors combine beautifully.
