Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon (300 g), cut into small, pretty cubes and place in a glass.
Squeeze the lime (0.5) and drizzle the fresh juice over the melon pieces to enhance the aroma.
Gently rub the mint leaves (10) between your fingers to activate the essential oils, then add them to the fruit.
Top with ice-cold sparkling water (200 ml) and stir briefly, meow!
Finally, add the ice cubes (5) and enjoy immediately.
