Ingredients
Preparation
First, I chop the dark chocolate (50 g) into small pieces with a sharp knife so it melts faster in the milk later.
Next, I heat the whole milk (250 ml) in a small pot over medium heat until hot, but do not let it boil – the milk doesn't like that!
Now, add the chopped dark chocolate (50 g) to the pot. Stir with a whisk until the mixture is beautifully smooth and shiny.
Then, add the vanilla extract (1 tsp) and the cream (30 ml) to make the hot chocolate extra creamy.
Finally, remove the pot from the heat and gently stir in the Baileys (40 ml). Stir just briefly to preserve the delicate aroma.
Pour into a nice mug and enjoy immediately – meow, that's delicious!
