Ingredients
Preparation
First, fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (200 g) to make it nice and cold.
Now pour the gin (60 ml) and the dry vermouth (10 ml) over the ice in the glass.
Stir everything gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds so that the drink is perfectly chilled and perfectly diluted – just don't shake it, we want to keep the clear structure!
Strain the cocktail through a bar strainer into a pre-chilled martini glass.
As a finishing touch, add the pearl onion (1) to the glass and enjoy the drink immediately.
