Refreshing Cold Brew Coffee with Vanilla Milk Foam - Simple & Homemade

A perfectly prepared Cold Brew Coffee with vanilla milk foam is just the thing for hot days or a relaxing afternoon. As a little cat with a penchant for high-quality coffee art, I love how the gentle, low-acid aroma of cold-extracted coffee blends with the sweet, creamy note of real vanilla. Unlike hot-brewed coffee, the coffee grounds are gently extracted in cold water over many hours, creating a wonderfully smooth note that makes every pick-me-up an experience. My recipe is child's play to follow and completely avoids artificial syrups – we only use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Grab your favorite mug and let yourself be enchanted by this delicious, refreshing energy booster that tastes almost like it's from an upscale café. Meow, simply heavenly!
Ingredients
Preparation
For the Cold Brew, pour the cold water (400 ml) over the coarsely ground coffee (50 g) in a container, stir briefly, cover, and let it steep for about 12 to 18 hours – patience is the most important ingredient for the aroma, meow!
Filter the finished coffee through a fine sieve or a cheesecloth to remove all coffee grounds thoroughly.
For the vanilla milk foam, slice the vanilla bean (1) lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and heat briefly with the milk (100 ml) to release the aroma.
Then, froth the flavored milk until nice and creamy using a milk frother.
Now, place the ice cubes (5) into a tall glass, pour the Cold Brew coffee over them, and finish by crowning it with the airy vanilla milk foam.
